We send the fix, not the report

Most accessibility work ends in a PDF and a list of problems that somebody on your team now has to understand, prioritise and implement. We write the code change instead, re-test it in a browser, and send it as a pull request you review and merge.

How it works

  1. We open your site in a real browser

Not a crawler and not a rules engine reading markup. A real browser, the same way a customer's machine does, so we see what actually happens on the page.

  2. Every finding is verified by hand

Automated tools produce false positives. We check each one against the live page before it reaches you, because a report you cannot trust costs you more time than no report.

  3. We agree the scope before writing code

You see what we found and choose what gets fixed. No surprise invoices, no work you did not ask for.

  4. You get a pull request

Small, readable, one concern at a time, with the WCAG criterion in the description and a note on how we confirmed the fix works. You review it like any other PR.

If we cannot see your source, be clear about what changes. We can only write a patch against code we have. Without repository access you get the exact change specified against the live element instead: the selector, the markup before and after, and the reasoning, which you apply in whichever template, component or CMS field produces it. That is still the fix, and it is honest about what we can and cannot hand you.

See exactly what one looks like, including the diff, the verification, and what we refuse to touch.

What we will not tell you

That a scan makes you compliant. It does not, and no tool or vendor can honestly promise it. Automated testing finds somewhere between a quarter and a half of WCAG issues; the rest needs manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and testing with disabled people. Anyone selling certainty from a scan is selling something they do not have.

We will also never install an overlay widget. They do not fix the underlying markup, disabled users broadly report they make things worse, and they have been the subject of a great many complaints.

If you are an agency, this is subcontracting

A good part of who reads this will be a studio or dev shop with a client whose site has an accessibility problem, a deadline attached to the European Accessibility Act, and nobody free who has done this before. Hiring for it is a bad trade for one project.

White label, on your terms

  • We work under your name. The pull request goes to your repo or theirs, in your commit style. We do not contact your client, and we are not mentioned to them unless you want us to be.
  • You keep the relationship and the margin. Our prices are the prices; what you charge your client is your business.
  • Fixed price per unit of work, so you can quote before you commit. No hourly, no scope creep, no surprise invoice.
  • We stay in our lane. Accessibility remediation only. We are not going to pitch your client a redesign.

Talk about a first project

Reasonable first step: send us one client site you already suspect is bad. We run the audit, you see the standard of the findings and the fix, and you decide from evidence rather than from a sales call.

Why trust us before we have your money

We have no testimonials to show you, and we are not going to invent any. What we have instead is our work in public: we audited 27 Danish and Swedish webshops, published the method and the raw numbers, and included the finding that undercuts our own pitch, which is that axe-core, which is free, found 92% of everything we found.

A vendor who publishes the number that weakens their sales case is telling you something a testimonial cannot.

Read the study and check our numbers

It reports nothing when there is nothing

The reasonable worry about any scanner sold by someone who also sells fixes is that it will find problems whether or not they are there. So here is the same tool run against sites with a serious accessibility reputation, alongside some that do not have one. Homepages, one page each, on 31 July 2026:

Zero on the ones that put real work into it. That is what a tool which is not manufacturing work should do, and you can reproduce every row of it yourself in about a minute with the free checker. If it ever reports problems on a page you know to be clean, tell us and we will fix the tool.

Whether the law actually applies to you

Worth knowing before you spend anything, because a good deal of what is written about the European Accessibility Act does not mention it: a company with fewer than 10 employees and under 2 million euro turnover is exempt. If that is you, there is no legal deadline pushing you, and you should decide about this on whether excluding disabled customers costs you sales, not on a rule you are outside.

Also worth saying plainly, since some vendors imply otherwise: as of February 2026 no fines had been issued in Denmark. 🟡 Sikkerhedsstyrelsen is the supervising authority here. We are not going to sell you a countdown that does not exist. The reason to fix a keyboard trap is that someone cannot use your checkout today.

Where it does apply, it applies to consumer-facing services from 28 June 2025, e-commerce among them, and the technical standard is EN 301 549, which is WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Questions people actually ask

We already run axe in CI. What do you add?

Then you are ahead of most, and you should keep doing it. axe reads the accessibility tree, so it cannot see a control that is styled like a button, carries a click handler, and is simply absent from the tab order. Across those 27 shops, four had exactly that. It also cannot tell you which of its findings matter most on your particular page, and it does not write the fix.

Do you need access to our repository?

Only if you want the fix as a pull request, which is the point. If that is not possible, you get a patch file and the exact changed files with instructions. We never need production access, credentials, or customer data.

What if you do not find anything?

On the 490 EUR audit, you get a full refund. We would rather return the money than invent a third issue to justify keeping it, and on 27 real sites we have not yet seen a page with nothing wrong.

Does this make us compliant with the European Accessibility Act?

No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Fixing real defects moves you towards conformance and removes barriers that exclude real customers today. Compliance is a legal determination about your whole service, not an output of a tool.

How fast?

The audit starts within one working day and lands within five. A sprint is two weeks from an agreed scope.

The 30 second version that needs no tool and costs nothing

Open your own checkout and try to complete a purchase using only Tab, Enter and Space. Most people who try it are surprised. If that goes fine, you may not need us yet, and we would rather you found that out for free.
